A pesar de que sois muchos los que poco a poco habéis ido descubriendo el proyecto de unitedfiction.com, hay todo un universo al que queremos llegar y nuestro blog toma en esta semana impulso para ir reflejando la actualidad de nuestro estudio, de nuestra colección y de los artistas que colaboran con nosotros.

Para poder llegar a ver el telón ha habido meses de trabajo y todo un verano para la puesta a punto de la galería. La fotografía ya tiene dos hermanas, ilustración e infografía. De los diez elegidos pasamos a los treinta en cartera. Del trabajo doméstico a la recepción de artistas en nuestro propio estudio y un google analytics que ya nos avisa que tenemos audiencia desde Japón a Canadá.

Me debo a la imagen después de haber crecido en las décadas de la saturación de lo visual, en las que fue inevitable recibir horas y horas de fotogramas y ver miles de fotografías. Entonces se ignoraban, o se recordaban, a veces hasta se disfrutaban. La inexplicable comunión que hizo W.G.Sebald con la literatura me trajo la fotografía más cerca, a un paso. Y ahora, a un click.

Although many of you already discovered the unitedfiction.com project, there is still a whole universe we want to reach, and this week our blog boosts in order to reflect all the news from our project, our portfolio and the artists which work with us.

There have been months of work to be able to lift the curtain, and a summer to set up the gallery. Photography has already two partners like Illustration and Infography. From the starting ten we shifted to thirteen authors in mind. From homework to the reception of the artists in our studio and google analytics reports audience from Japan to Canada.

I owe myself to image after growing up in the decade of the saturation of everything related with visual concepts. It was unavoidable to watch hours and hours of photograms and see thousands of pictures. Then they were ignored, remembered, even enjoyed. The bizarre link that W.G.Sebald did with literature took the photography much closer to me. Just a step. Now, just a click.
